The ceramic plunger adopts modern engineering ceramic material with super hard wear resistance, and can be assembled and formed by ceramic metallization bonding, welding, inlay and socket technology. It is an ideal substitute for similar metal pumps, and has been widely used in medical equipment, environmental engineering, petroleum, chemical and other industries.

Ceramic pump components include pistons, plungers, bushes and mechanical and chemical seal rings, it works exceptionally well in wear-resistance, high temperature, chemical, and metering applications.

The main materials we use are super pure alumina, zirconia, Silicon Nitride and Silicon Carbide, Compared with metal plunger, ceramic plunger solves the problem of bad corrosion , wear resistance and short working life, its wear resistance can exceed 5-10 times of metal plunger, and corrosion resistance of ceramic solves the corrosion problem of the plunger, greatly prolong the service life of the plunger, the plunger pump can ensure normal operation in any harsh working environment.

These are typically used in jet pumps, water jetting pumps, high pressure pumps and high pressure water supply pumps, which find tremendous applications in industries including automobiles, chemical and petrochemicals, foundries, oil refineries, paper and pulp manufacture, cement manufacturing, food processing, thermal power plants and steel plants etc.
